Disneyland...yay

Who would not want to go to Disneyland…regardless your age, you will find yourself being amazed and entertained here, either by the rides or the characters. For the first timer, you will need 2days pass to fully explore the park. Since this is our second time here, so we only bought 1day pass (since we already know which attractions that we wanted to ride and which one that can be skipped). Before that, a brief info on how to get here. Board on TCL (orange line) mtr and alighted on sunny bay station. Here, we will continue to the park using Disney mtr (pink line). Exit the mtr @disney station, you will find the park in front of the station and the coaches station at the back of the mtr station. You can use the free coach/bus to Disneyland Hotel or Hollywood Disney Hotel (5mins ride).
Inside the Disneyland MTR

The park opens at 10.30am (please check beforehand the maintenance schedule on the park on park.hongkongdisneyland.com) while the ticket booth opens at 9.00am (you can buy online too). Get yourself a copy of schedule (a complete list of timetable of the show and character greet-and-meet) as well as park map upon your arrival. Upon the opening, go straight to the mainstreet (behind mainstreet train station) if you wanted to have a picture with the famous couple of Mickey and Minnie (be fast or otherwise you will have to catch them separately in the garden around 12pm). Within 30minutes, the small parade and other characters such as Chip and Dale, Disney princesses (Belle, Aurora, Rapunzel, Snow White, and Cinderella) will be there around the castle. Around 11am, you can find Tinkerbell and the newest character of Toy Story ready for you (including Andy’s green toy soldiers). Around 12pm in the fantasy garden (near carousel) there will be Goofy, Pooh, Daisy and Donald duck, and many more waiting for you.

After taking lots of picture with the characters, do hop on Cinderella Carousel, Pooh ride and It’s a small small world, and get yourself a seat in Mickey Philharmagic 3D, the Stitch Encounter, Golden Mickey and the Festival of the Lion King shows. Those are our favourite, including Buzz Lightyear Astro Blaster ride, Autopia, and Slinky Dog Spin. Have a big swing at Tarzan tree house and ride a jungle river cruise. Don’t forget the flight of fantasy parade of the whole Disney characters and make sure you catch the 8pm illuminating castle with awesome fireworks to close your day. Going to Disneyland isn’t complete without bringing home some goodies, so please stop by at some merchandise shops around the park (there are lots of them to choose).

Now I feel I wanna go there again   *grinning*
